About the event
Join Faye (Nutritional Therapist) and Lisa (Yoga Teacher), on a winter day retreat designed to show you the importance of self care, exploring ways to enable you to bring balance back into your life and manage stress more easily.
Faye from will show you how you can nourish your body and mind during a day that includes a nutrition workshop, focused on mental wellbeing & positivity, a yoga practice, meditation, sound bath & cacao drinking ceremony, all focused around the winter season.
The morning will be focused on learning & movement and the afternoon on relaxation – the perfect way to reset for the weeks ahead. A delicious seasonal, plant-based lunch is included, along with a fantastic goodie bag to take away at the end of the day.
What to expect
