About the event

Join Faye from Lift Nutrition & Wellness and Lisa Middleton for a day designed to show you the importance of self care by exploring ways to enable you to bring balance into your life and to manage stress more easily.

BOOK A PLACE

You will learn how to nourish your body and mind during a day that includes a nutrition workshop, yoga practice, meditation, sound bath & cacao drinking ceremony all focused around the Autumn season.

The morning will be focused on learning & movement and the afternoon on relaxation – the perfect way to reset for the weeks ahead. A delicious Autumnal plant-based lunch is included, along with a fantastic goodie bag to take away at the end of the day.

What to expect

Nutrition workshop on what to eat to nourish yourself in Autumn

– Sound healing & relaxation

Cost

£95 (+booking fee)

The workshop is held in the Piggery Barn and the Roost and food and refreshments are provided by Apple Charlotte.

Dietary requirements will be requested when booking. Please ensure you state WSF when booking as the retreat is also running in Manchester.

No previous experience of yoga is required.
