Join Rachel from House of Dandelions for an afternoon immersed in flowers, as she shows you how to arrange a gorgeous, seasonal floral display for your home.

Beginning in the afternoon learning about the beautiful, seasonal flowers and foliage we’re going to be working with. 

We'll talk about where they were grown and why Rachel has chosen them, followed by a few tips on how to grow some varieties in your own garden too. 

After a demonstration, you will each get to make your own natural and wild vase arrangement using a stunning selection of blooms and greenery.

Throughout the workshop Rachel will be giving you lots of tips and advice on choosing and caring your flowers, and how to keep them looking fresh for as long as possible. 

You will go home with all your flowers and a lovely apothecary-style vase. All other materials and tools you need to create your design will be provided for you.

Hosted in the Pigggery Barn, where there will be hot and cold drinks plus homemade cake for all our guests. There is plenty of parking available at the venue.

Rachel trained and worked for six years as a wedding and events florist and floral stylist in London, before moving back to my hometown of York eight months

ago. Creating wedding flowers at iconic London venues including Kew Gardens, the Barbican and the Peckham Asylum Chapel. I've collaborated with British brands such as Pluck Kitchens, Radley London and Hush, and my work has been featured in magazines and wedding blogs including 91 Magazine, House Beautiful, Confetti and Rock My Wedding. 

The masterclass is taking place on Sunday 3rd September from 1pm and will last approximately two hours. It is suitable for beginners.
